Stephen Bouchard has had a successful international career in Promotion, Development and Service Sector Partnership for a wide range of companies before focusing on the Facilities and hard services arenas since 1993 with the powerful energy Technical Services Group.

Stephen then went on to found United Facilities Management Ltd in spring of 1996 initially founded on a select progressive bespoke concentration of TV, Studio, Recording Studios and Post Production within Central London.

Since then the Company has steadily grown in a controlled fashion expanding the services and staff to a wide range of both small and large Commercial Offices, High End Residential, Retail and continued with the Entertainment portfolios offering first class advice, service and tailored Maintenance Agreements through Central London, the South and Manchester with now the ability through the Advantos Group to offer National coverage and the next exciting phase.

The Company a have also now recruited a professional skilled private team of individuals with the overall capability of full Refurbishment, Fit Out ,Decoration and general upgrades of a wide range of Office, Retail, Studios and General applications to support.

Stephen is a totally committed individual dedicated to providing the very best and building long term trusting relationships and partnerships which are paramount in todays challenging Labour,Resourcing and ever-changing Climate.
