Our History
Founded in 1999 by Managing Director Stephen Bouchard, United FM has evolved from a small operations team into a leading facilities management provider. Stephen's humble upbringing instilled in him a strong sense of community and a commitment to giving back, shaping both his leadership style and the company culture. Originally focused on Central London, we've expanded throughout the South East and beyond, building a reputation for excellence and reliability in the M&E sector. Stephen remains actively involved in social impact groups, reflecting his belief in business as a force for community upliftment.
